NOTE: This page was for the Amp08 event in November and has NOTHING to do with any Amplified events in 09. Thanks and sorry for any confusion!
Declare Your Interest: We have space for around 200 people and we'll be distributing tickets via EventBrite in the next week or so. In the meantime the best thing to do to get involved is to declare your interest below. This *does not* guarantee you a ticket, but helps us know who you are and how to contact you, so you can be assured that you'll be first in line for tickets when we release them. Give as much or as little contact information as you're happy to disclose in public. Or if wikis aren't your thing there's a Facebook event page here and an Upcoming page here. You can also email me with any questions: mikesizemore @ gmail.com. Cheers!
NOTE: We now have a topics suggestion page. With so many cool people coming together in such an interesting space what would you like to discuss?

An impressive and growing list. Looks like like much of the UK's digerati will be in attendance. Sadly, it is occurring on the American holiday of Thanksgiving; but I imagine that reducing American attendance may be viewed by many as a positive thing!

I'm coming from Manchester, so it would be good to get ahead up on the tickets. So I can get train tickets, etc.

Yo! Noticed that Ian F is in the list twice... just in case you're using this for reserve list.

Hi MyDogmington wel yes we used it as a list of people interested in the event. We actually had the official sign ups and confirmation of numbers over on Amplified.eventbrite.com which went up just after the 140th person showed interest and we sent invites to those first 140. We published the page shortly after and pretty much everyone here and there signed up.

I signed up for the wiki wednesday event ages ago. The list got merged onto here, and I thought I had a place, but I just read the small print at the top. I guess I was supposed to go to http://amplified08.eventbrite.com/ ...says "sold out" now :-(
